Who we are

TrueTable Foods LLC ("TrueTable", "we", "us") operates the website truetablefoods.com and the TrueTable Foods mobile app. Our kitchen is at 20 Brophy Way Unit 19, Shady Cove, OR 97539. You can reach us any time at rio@truetablefoods.com.

What we collect

Account information: when you create an account, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. You can also save a phone number and delivery address to speed up checkout.

Order information: the meals and custom recipes you order, your delivery address and delivery instructions, order history, and membership status.

Custom recipe submissions: if you use our "Make Your Own Recipe" feature, we store the recipe details you send us (ingredients, servings, and notes) along with your contact information so we can price the recipe and follow up.

Waitlist information: if you join the waitlist, we store the contact details you provide so we can notify you when service opens in your area.

How we use it

We use your information to run the service: preparing and delivering your orders, managing your membership, pricing custom recipe requests, sending order and delivery updates, and responding when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and our site and app do not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as card type and last four digits) for our records.

When we share information

Delivery: your name, delivery address, and order details are shared with the driver delivering your order, only so the delivery can be completed.

Service providers: we share information with the providers that make the service run (such as Stripe for payments and our website hosting provider), limited to what they need to do their job.

Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our customers, drivers, or business.

Other than the above, we do not share your personal information with third parties.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember what's in your cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for business and tax record-keeping.

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email rio@truetablefoods.com and we'll take care of it. If you delete your account, we remove your personal details except where records must be kept by law.

Children

TrueTable is a grocery and meal-kit service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and note the new effective date below.
